Louis

This lovely boy is a sweet, sensitive soul looking for a calm, patient home where he can continue to grow in confidence. He’s already shown how beautifully he can settle indoors and really comes into his own when he has people around him. A garden would be great as Louis loves playtime and this'll be a great space to bond with his new owner and practice recall. He’ll need time left to be built up slowly (but he's making progress with this in his foster home), and he’s best suited to a pet-free home currently. Out on walks he can be a little unsure, but he’s eager to try and responds brilliantly to tasty treats and reassurance. He walks nicely on a harness and is happiest exploring quiet areas or open fields where he has plenty of space to relax. Although worried by traffic and some people, he’s shown real potential—especially indoors, where he’s been friendly, settled and keen to bond. Louis is more confident meeting new people if they have another dog. He’s an affectionate lad who enjoys gentle fuss, loves his toys and is very tolerant with handling and grooming. Playful, intelligent and keen to connect, he’s the kind of dog who will flourish once he feels safe and understood. With the right family by his side, he has every chance to blossom into a loyal and loving companion.
