This is a particularly exciting time to join Bath Cats & Dogs Home. Following our recent merger with a neighbouring animal charity, we're embarking on an ambitious new chapter that will expand our reach from west Wiltshire to the Bristol Channel, doubling the population we support and creating a stronger, more sustainable future for animals and the people who love them. As we grow our impact across a much wider region, fundraising will play a critical role in helping us realise that vision.
We're looking for a passionate, organised and data-savvy Individual Giving Assistant to help inspire and support the incredible community of people who make our work possible. Working alongside our Individual Giving Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional supporter experiences, managing our fundraising database, processing donations, developing supporter journeys and helping to bring fundraising campaigns to life across direct mail, email and digital channels.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fundraising. You'll gain hands-on experience across supporter care, CRM management, campaign delivery, data analysis and income generation, while helping transform the lives of vulnerable cats and dogs. If you're a great communicator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

37.5 hrs Monday to Friday. Hybrid working - 3 days in the office at Claverton Down rescue centre, and 2 days wfh.
£26,011.02 per annum
