Elvis

Elvis is a sensitive, affectionate boy who’s made wonderful progress since arriving as a worried stray. He’s still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place, so he’s looking for calm, patient owners who can give him time and reassurance to settle in at his own pace. Once he feels comfortable, Elvis’s sweet and playful nature shines through. He loves gentle fuss, lying beside his favourite people, and relaxing with a sturdy toy to chew on. He forms close bonds, especially with women, and though he can be unsure of men at first, he’s made great progress with calm, positive introductions. Elvis is clever, enjoys learning, and responds really well to kind, consistent training. He already knows his name, sit, paw, and wait, and will thrive with ongoing positive reinforcement. He’d love a peaceful, adult-only home with a secure garden for playtime and training. Elvis prefers quiet walking areas and will need to be the only dog in the home for now, though he may enjoy calm doggy friends in time. He walks beautifully on his harness and muzzle and enjoys winding down with his toys. With an experienced, confident owner — ideally someone familiar with bully breeds — Elvis will make a loyal, gentle companion who’s full of love and potential.
