Squeak

Squeak is a gentle, sweet-natured girl who can be a little worried at first, but once she feels safe she becomes a wonderfully affectionate companion and even a potential lap cat. She enjoys gentle attention, interactive play—especially fishing rod toys—and forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. A settling room will help her adjust, as she can be anxious in new environments, but she soon becomes curious, friendly, and keen to interact. Squeak would prefer a dog-free home but could potentially live with another calm, friendly cat. She is not suitable as an indoor-only cat; she previously had constant outdoor access via a cat flap, has some road sense, and enjoyed exploring rural green spaces. She can be left for a few hours and will happily greet you when you return. Indoors, she likes cosy beds—especially in kitchens or bedrooms—and will benefit from a hidey bed at first, plus scratching-post training as she hasn’t used them reliably before. Squeak has good litter habits, enjoys gentle grooming (especially around her head), and is generally easy to handle once settled. She eats well and enjoys treats—chicken being a favourite. What makes her happiest is simple: food, affection, and a calm home where she can build trust at her own pace. With time and patience, Squeak will blossom into a loving, loyal companion ready to share warmth and cuddles with her new family.
