Sassy

Sassy is a young French Bulldog with a heart full of affection and a personality that lives up to her name. She is incredibly people-oriented and thrives on human companionship, so she’s not a dog who will cope well in a home where she’s regularly left alone for extended periods. Her ideal home would be one where her time alone is built up very gradually. Sassy loves to be close to her humans and will happily follow you from room to room. That said, she can easily get under your feet and become over-excited, especially when people are around. She’s a little whirlwind of energy at times and can struggle to settle when she’s overstimulated. Because of this, Sassy would really benefit from having access to a crate or designated quiet space where she can retreat, calm down, and manage her arousal levels. When she’s feeling particularly giddy, she may gently mouth or nibble, so a calm, consistent routine will help her learn when it’s time to relax.
