Pumpkin is a handsome chap with a big personality and plenty of charm. He’s a very sweet cat at heart, but he can become easily conflicted and has a short fuse at times, so he’s looking for an experienced owner who will let him take the lead with interactions. Pumpkin would be happiest in a quiet home where he can feel in control and settle in at his own pace.
<BR> In his previous home, Pumpkin was quite independent and not overly interested in people, but since arriving at the cattery he has shown a much more social side. He’ll often approach straight away for attention, rolling onto his back, purring, and kneading, though his enthusiasm can sometimes turn a little frantic, so it’s important to keep handling calm and with breaks. Pumpkin absolutely loves to play, especially with feathery wand toys and small balls he can chase and toss around, but he can get quite ferocious in the moment, so hands should be kept out of the action! Highly food motivated, Pumpkin will do just about anything for a tasty treat, making this a great way to build a bond with him.
< BR> To stop Pumpkin wandering back to his old home, he cannot be rehomed in parts of Pilning.
