This lovely dog is a calm and affectionate companion who thrives on being close to his people. He’s incredibly sociable and enjoys meeting everyone, often choosing to settle right beside you—or even on your lap if given the chance! He’s relaxed with handling and enjoys grooming time making him an easy and rewarding dog to care for. In the home, he settles well and would be a great match for someone around for much of the day, as he’s happiest lounging nearby while you go about your routine. He is clean in a home environment and may just need a little guidance to establish a consistent toileting routine. While he can be left alone for short periods, this is something that should be built up gradually to help him feel confident and secure. Out and about, he’s a pleasure to walk—generally walking nicely on lead and enjoying time to sniff and explore. He mixes well with other dogs, particularly those with a calmer nature, and can happily live with another dog or have regular canine visitors. With his gentle personality and loving nature, he’ll make a wonderful addition to a home looking for a devoted and easy-going companion.
