Eugene

Eugene and Pugsley are an adorable bonded pair of kitten brothers who are ready to steal your heart.

Pugsley is the bold adventurer of the duo – he’ll happily march straight up to you for a fuss and has perfected the art of shoving his head into your hands to demand more cuddles. Eugene is the thoughtful observer, a little more timid at first, he prefers a calm approach and likes to take in his surroundings before coming over to say hello. Once he does, though, he’s just as sweet and affectionate. Both boys can be handled (for short periods – they are kittens after all, and proud wriggle bums!), and they absolutely adore each other. You’ll often find them snuggled up together after a play session or zooming around as a team, which is a joy to watch.

Eugene and Pugsley are two charming, resilient little characters looking for a loving home together. They may see the world a little differently, but they’ll fill your home with laughter, warmth, and an endless supply of kitten cuddles.

More details about Eugene

Eugene and Pugsley have a congenital condition called bilateral micropthalmia, meaning their eyeballs are smaller than usual and their third eyelids are partially visible. They’ve had thorough veterinary checks, and while they don’t have perfect vision, they’ve adapted brilliantly. They confidently explore their space, climb cat trees with ease, and rely on their other senses like pros. Because of this, the vets recommend an indoor-only home, where furniture stays fairly consistent so they can learn and remember their layout. In the future, they could enjoy garden access if it’s fully secure.
