Beano is a sweet, gentle boy who is looking for a calm and understanding home where he can feel safe and loved. He’s a sensitive soul and can be quite worried at first, so he’ll need time and patience to settle in and learn that the world isn’t such a scary place.
Beano would thrive in a quiet home with adopters who are happy to let him do things at his own pace. He likes to observe from the safety of his hidey spots and can often be found snoozing away somewhere cosy. After a few days settling in with us, he started to come up to the glass to see what’s going on, quietly checking out the people around him.
Affection is very much on Beano’s terms – but when he chooses you, it’s incredibly special. If you sit nearby and let him approach in his own time, he’ll reward you with lots of love. Beano is wonderfully affectionate once he feels safe, happily bopping his head into you, rubbing against your legs, and soaking up gentle attention.
He enjoys being brushed and especially liked the grooming mitt – though it seemed the attention was just as important as the brushing itself!
