Meet Bonnie, a sweet and gentle girl looking for a patient and loving home where she can truly flourish. She may be a little nervous at first, but with time, space, and understanding, she will begin to show her affectionate side to those she trusts. Bonnie has so much potential and just needs a kind and patient family to help her build confidence at her own pace. She has been gaining confidence around other dogs recently which has been wonderful to see, especially her lurcher counterparts. So she has the potential to enjoy meeting some quiet and respectful canine friends in her new home out and about on walks in the future.
If you're looking for a loyal companion who will blossom with love and care, Bonnie could be the perfect match for you.
A word from Bonnie's fosterer:
Bonnie is a very sweet and gentle girl who is very comfortable relaxing in her spot with her blankets. She’s very chill and well-behaved in the home and out on walks, and is slowly becoming more comfortable around others. She can be nervous around energetic dogs and new people, but she’s learning to trust those who are gentle with her. She’s quite happy on her own and can be left relaxing on the sofa, where she will likely still be when you get home! She’s a quiet, chill girl who seems to enjoy ear and neck scratches from her humans. She is starting to show signs of playfulness when she knows it’s time to go for a walk, but is still learning how to use a ball
