Sasha

Sasha is a beautiful Akita with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. Found as a stray, she has quickly shown that she is comfortable in a home environment and is ready to settle into a loving forever home.
This sweet girl has a wonderfully affectionate nature and absolutely adores human company (so much so that she thinks she’s a lap dog!). Sasha is very responsive and eager to learn, making her a joy to work with. She will benefit from continued training, particularly when out on walks around other dogs. While she is generally social when meeting other dogs, she just needs a bit more time and guidance to help her feel completely at ease.
She prefers to take life at her own pace and will do best with an adopter who understands the importance of patience and letting her settle in comfortably. A garden would be a lovely bonus for her to relax and explore, but it’s not essential as long as she gets regular exercise and enrichment.
