Oakley

Oakley is a sweet and sensitive boy looking for a calm, understanding home where he can continue to build his confidence. Once comfortable, Oakley is affectionate, gentle and loves being close to his people, often choosing to curl up beside you or stretch out across your lap for a cuddle.
He forms close bonds and thrives on calm companionship and is incredibly affectionate with people he trusts and loves close contact. Oakley enjoys his walks and walks beautifully on lead, especially when given plenty of opportunities to sniff and explore. He is happiest in quiet countryside or semi-rural areas and his confidence has grown hugely with consistency and patience, but he will need adopters who can continue this progress.
Around other dogs, Oakley prefers things low-key and can walk nicely alongside calm, polite dogs and is happy to share space with respectful canine companions. Oakley is looking for a home as the only pet, though positive walking friendships with suitable dogs could help continue building his confidence over time.
Oakley is looking for a quiet home with a secure garden, patient adopters and plenty of understanding as he settles. In return, he’ll reward his new family with gentle affection, loyal companionship and the joy of watching him continue to blossom.
