Eileen

Eileen is a young lurcher with a sweet, affectionate nature and a playful heart. Found as a stray, she’s still learning about the world and is likely experiencing home comforts for the first time. Because of this, she’ll need a patient and understanding adopter who can help her adjust at her own pace. Loud or unexpected noises can startle Eileen so a calm, quiet home would suit her best. Everyday household items and routines are still a bit new to her, and she’ll benefit from gentle, gradual introductions. Her settling-in period may be extended, but with time and kindness, she’s sure to blossom. Eileen is naturally playful and doesn’t need any encouragement to dive into a toy box — she’ll find her favourites (soft toys, please!) and entertain herself happily. She also enjoys interactive games like tug and would love a home that encourages her playful side. She mixes well with other dogs but may be slightly wary during introductions. With time and space, she relaxes and will engage in gentle, sociable play with her canine companions.
