Buster is a friendly, affectionate dog who enjoys being around people and quickly wins everyone over with his relaxed nature. He loves a gentle fuss and is just as content quietly relaxing by your side as he is entertaining himself with his favourite toys, especially squeaky rubber balls and soft toys. He travels well in the car, settles nicely in the home, and already knows “sit.” On walks, he can be strong on the lead to begin with but soon settles, taking an interest in the world around him without becoming overly excitable. He would suit owners who are confident handling a larger dog and can continue supporting him with his lead manners.
Buster could live as the only dog, which may suit him best, or with a calm, dog-social companion, and he is also happy to have visiting dogs. He enjoys meeting new people, greeting them with enthusiasm and has a lovely balance of being affectionate while also appreciating his own space.
