Bruce

Bruce is a bright and affectionate little dog with a big personality and a huge love for people. He is looking for a home where he can have plenty of company throughout the day. He is very people-focused and loves fuss, happily sitting on laps and soaking up attention (and occasionally trying to sneak in a face lick!). He can be excitable when greeting people, but he quickly relaxes once the excitement passes.

Bruce enjoys getting out for walks, especially in quieter areas where he can explore and sniff to his heart’s content. He’s a clever boy who already knows tricks like beg, talk, and spin, and he’ll enjoy continuing his training. Bruce does find being left alone difficult, so he will need patient adopters who can gradually build up his confidence with time alone. Full of character, affection, and charm, Bruce will make a fun and loving companion for the right home.

More details about Bruce

Bruce can be a little tense around other dogs and tends to prefer females, so he would be best suited as the only dog in the home for now, with the potential for managed doggy friends in the future. Bruce also require wearing a muzzle at the vets for his own safety.
