Blaze

Blaze is a sweet, affectionate girl who spent a few years living as a stray before coming into our care. Despite her rough start, she quickly shows her gentle nature and loves human attention—she purrs, kneads her paws, and even dribbles with delight during fuss! She can be a little timid at first but soon gains confidence, happily greeting people and enjoying being brushed and handled. Although she hasn’t settled on a lap yet, she’s very likely to become a lap cat once comfortable. Blaze would be a wonderful companion in many types of homes, including those with a bit of activity and hustle. She’s happy to meet new people making her a lovely family cat. She prefers to be the only feline in the home, but her calm, confident nature means she could live alongside a gentle, cat-friendly dog. Blaze enjoys having company and would love someone who is around for much of the day, though she can be left when needed. With her good road sense and love of exploring, she’ll thrive in a home that can offer her safe outdoor access. Blaze is an easy girl to welcome into a new home—she settles quickly, uses her litter tray reliably, and adores gentle play and cosy resting spots. She enjoys soft toys, loves being brushed, and will happily purr away while soaking up attention. With just the usual essentials—an open litter tray, a comfy bed, and a few soft toys—she’ll make herself right at home. Blaze has so much love to give, and she’s ready to bring warmth, companionship, and her wonderfully dribbly affection to a family who will cherish her.
