A foster home turned this cat's behaviour around

Sadly, Trixie's owner passed away and the big changes in her life hit her hard. In the cattery, Trixie was becoming frustrated, growling at her carers and starting to show aggression.

We decided she needed more space, alongside some medical assitance to calm her anxiety. A foster home with an experienced fosterer was arranged.

In her foster home, it was just 5 days before Trixie decided to start playing, and under 2 weeks when she was lying next to her fosterer watching cat videos. She has blossomed into a playful, friendly cat, and now has an adoption lined up.

The opportunity of a foster home changed this girl's life.

Do you have the room in your heart and home to foster?

Some of our rescue cats and dogs have a need for a home environment for their best welfare at this time. As a fosterer, you will be an amazing part of these animals' journey to a new home.
