Martini is a lovely older lady with plenty of character and a clear idea of how she likes life to be. She enjoys spending time with people and will happily seek out affection, especially gentle fuss around her head and cheeks. Once she feels comfortable, she can be very affectionate and enjoys being close to her favourite people, even hopping on and off laps for company.

She prefers to be in control of interactions and appreciates having the choice to approach when she is ready. She can become overwhelmed if fuss goes on for too long, so her ideal adopter will be someone who understands feline body language and is happy to give her space when she asks for it. She also enjoys a bit of gentle grooming and likes having cosy resting places, particularly somewhere up high where she can watch the world go by.
