Lupin

Meet Lupin our beautiful Savannah lady. Lupin is seeking a very cat-savvy household with proven experience of the Savannah breed, and experienced owners that fully understand the demands, behaviour, and energy levels that come with these intelligent cats.

Savannah’s are highly active and inquisitive, and Lupin is used to having plenty of indoor space, climbing opportunities, and varied enrichment. This will need to continue in her new home and Lupin needs to remain an indoor-only cat due to her breed. It would be a great benefit if there was outside space in the shape of cat-proof garden or a large secure catio so she can enjoy extra space to run, play, and exercise safely. She will thrive in a home where adopters are home a good portion of the day, with daily interaction, breed specific enrichment and structured play sessions to keep her mentally and physically fulfilled.

Lupin is an independent and sensitive lady. She can be wary of new people and needs time and understanding to feel secure. While she is not always interested in human interaction, she is extremely playful and highly energetic and is wonderfully chatty. She especially enjoys feathery wand toys and previously loved using a cat wheel, which would be a wonderful addition in her new home.

Lupin is neutered and will need daily input into enrichment and play to keep her stimulated and content. Lupin is not suitable for inexperienced or first-time cat owners, but in the right experienced Savannah home, she will be a deeply rewarding companion. Lupin is looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated household where her intelligence, energy, and individual personalities are truly understood and respected.
