Meet lovely Bertie, a sweet and affectionate boy who is looking for a quiet home where he can really come out of his shell. Bertie can be a little cautious when things are unfamiliar, but once he feels comfortable, his gentle and loving personality shines through. He enjoys spending time with people and may happily curl up on your lap for a fuss, while also being very good at letting you know when he would like some space. He loves being stroked and has even discovered that he rather enjoys a good brush! Bertie also has a playful side and enjoys chasing fishing rod toys, having a little zoom around and then finding a cosy spot to relax in, whether that's his favourite fort, a shelf or a sunny windowsill.
Bertie would love a calm and understanding home where he can take things at his own pace and build a special bond with his new family. He would ideally have someone around for company during the day, as he really does enjoy being with people, and he will need to be the only pet so that he can have all the attention to himself.
