About the challenge

A challenging fundraising trek against the backdrop of the awe-inspiring Sahara Desert, this adventurous trip offers a unique desert experience. From flat desert floor scattered with ancient fossils, to perfect wind-blown sand-dunes, this trek is diverse and demanding but pushing yourself to the limit for a cause close to your heart will be the best motivation to spur you on.

The vast, unforgiving desert is a truly beautiful place to discover, while the incredible star-strewn night skies are unforgettable, especially with a new moon. Accompanied by Berber guides and a small caravan of camels, our remote night-camps with camp-fires and Berber singing are often a real highlight of the trip!

Your adventure would make a huge difference to cats and dogs in need in Bath, Wiltshire and North Somerset.

We rehabilitate and rehome unwanted or mistreated animals and provide emergency shelter for stray pets – taking in approximately 700 cats and dogs every year.

Fundraising Pay just the registration fee, raise a minimum fundraising amount, and we'll cover the cost of your trip. Part Payment Cover part of the trip cost yourself, raise a minimum fundraising amount, and we'll cover the remaining balance. Full payment Pay the full cost of your trip and raise what you can. There is no minimum fundraising target.

Registration fee £249 plus one of these options:

Fundraising £2,300 fundraised for charity.

Part payment £500 with £1,300 fundraised for charity.

Full payment £1,150 and fundraiser as much as you can.
