Oscar was brought in by the Police following reports of being confined in an abandoned garden. We don't know poor Oscar's background, but he was brought in emaciated, depressed and exhausted.

He had almost given up and had multiple wounds on his tail that had become so badly infected he needed to have part of it amputated. He was also suffering from a very painful eye infection which he had scratched so much it had become infected.

Oscar's transformation since has been incredible. With vet care, food and love we saw a first tail wag after a few days. His recovery has progressed and now Oscar is healthy, happy and full of life.
