15/12/2011 - Pedigree show their heart for rescue dogs

Pedigree has donated £15,000 to Bath Cats and Dogs Home. The generous grant is part of the national Pedigree Adoption Drive fundraising and awareness campaign.
A fun online game was the centre of the campaign – with Pedigree asking people to take their dog Ripley on a virtual walk, and each walk raised money from their sponsors. The public could also donate directly and buy items from their eBay shop.
Over £160,000 has been raised this year and given to rescue charities across the country for specific projects to improve the lives of dogs in their care until they find their forever home. Local rescues Holly Hedge and GRWE also benefitted from grants.
Thank you to everybody at Pedigree Adoption Drive and PetPlan Charitable Trust for choosing us and we look forward to sharing our site improvements and happy dog tales with them and our supporters in the new year.
