What does it feel like to jump out of an aeroplane flying 10,000 feet, freefall through the sky at 120 miles per hour and experience the peaceful descent to solid ground once the parachute has opened?
Now’s your chance to find out!
Skydive for Bath Cats and Dogs Home and you’ll be changing the lives of unwanted local animals as well as conquering your own fears and completing the challenge of a lifetime.
What does it involve?
You will be completing a ‘Tandem Skydive’. It is a Skydive because you will be freefalling through the air (without the parachute deployed) for several thousand feet; it is in Tandem because you will be harnessed to a professional parachute instructor at all times
The jump and training will be completed in one day.
Where will you be jumping from?
There are various locations to skydive across the UK and so you don’t have to be local to jump for us. The nearest airfield to Bath is Old Sarum airfield in Salisbury.
How much does it cost?
You can skydive for FREE by raising a minimum of £395 in sponsorship or if you’d prefer to pay for your jump yourself (£270) then there’s no minimum sponsorship to raise.
Whichever option you choose, you will be saving unwanted and abandoned pets in need.

‘The best part was definitely the freefall – it was just surreal! it was such an amazing experience, and something I would do again tomorrow if I could.’
